Partner Information

Throughout my college career, I have worked with several organizations on creating a social media presence they are proud to show the world.

During my freshman year of college, I was a sports information coordinator for the Berry College Athletic Department where I managed the Athletic Department social media platforms, namely Instagram and Twitter, as well as completing Game Day assignments for several sports, namely baseball, volleyball, and soccer. In this position, I not only gained experience in social media management, but in graphic design, photography, videography, livestreaming, and sports marketing.

During the summer of 2020, I was the social media marketing intern for Blue Collar Basketball, basketball training program for elementary, middle, and high school students based out of Canton, GA. In this role, I attended practices and games in order to gain a variety of social media content, including photography, videography, and interviews. Additionally, I used this content to post weekly on the organization's main social media outlets, Instagram and Facebook, from May to August. During that period, Blue Collar Basketball gained approximately 200 new, unique followers. Also, I managed content, analytics, and audience response regarding the organization's newsletter.

During the 2020-2021 academic year, I become the Public Relations

Assistant at the Berry College Chaplain's Office. I have since been promoted to Public Relations Coordinator. Through this role, I have

been able to refine leadership skills through training a subordinate assistant, as well as continue in social media management, content creation, brand building through Instagram and Facebook.

Additionally, I have been able to hone professional writing skills, and dive into the world of event planning where I have had to lead those events, manage a team of 5-6 others, and ensure the correct execution of all aspects of the event itself.

During the Summer of 2021, I was an assistant photographer for Camp All American at Perimeter Church in John's Creek, GA. As an assistant photographer, I produced, edited, and uploaded a minimum of 150 high quality images weekly for use on website and social media platforms, as well as for camper parent viewing and use. Additionally, I assisted in the weekly implementation of photographing, editing, and delivering 75+ counselor and camper group photos, and aided in weekly social media platform content creation.

During the 2021-2022 academic year, I was the Digital Content Intern at Turner Fitness Coaching. Turner Fitness Coaching, based out of Wooster, Ohio, is a fitness company founded by Colin Turner, which seeks to help individuals ages 30-60 believe that they can still exercise like the athlete they once were. As the Digital Content Intern, I managed several social media platforms, namely Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as created a media kit to enhance overall promotional growth. Additionally, I arranged for the Founder to appear on several podcasts for 2022 and researched marketing strategies of 100+ other fitness companies to continue brand development of Turner Fitness Coaching.

Most recently, I have created a collection of graphic design pieces for my local church, Bethany Primitive Baptist. This organization has been in need of a rebranding initiative, as it had not been updated in over 10 years. Within this rebranding package, I designed a variety of items specific to the needs of the church. Including a T-shirt, prayer list, informational flyer, poster, and two updated logos. These are used to enhance the visitor experience by providing additional information about the church culture, the services, and how to get involved. The implentation of these elements has allowed the church to better represent the religious community in the area and continue to advocate that all are welcome who may want to attend.
